Wellness offerings

Reiki (Energy Healing)
Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind, spirit and energy.
As a Reiki Master, I offer energy healing services either in person or from a distance. I often combine crystals and divination tools in my sessions.

Guided Meditation
I offer personalized guided meditations, both in person and virtual. Meditation reduces stress and anxiety, improves focus, and enhances emotional and physical well-being.

Gentle Aroma Touch
Gentle Aroma Touch is a light-touch treatment using essential oils (with a scent-free option available), focused on the hands to elbows and/or feet to knees. It is delivered through slow, mindful strokes that support deep relaxation and a calming, restorative experience.

Healing Through Art & Mindfulness
A 6–8 week guided Healing Through Art & Mindfulness program combining creative expression, mindfulness, and wellness-based practices to support grief, loss, stress, anxiety, and emotional well-being. Offered in private 1:1 sessions and small curated groups (4–6 participants) in a safe, supportive, and reflective space.

Labyrinth Workshops
Unlike mazes, labyrinths offer a clear, intentional path to the centre and back, providing a meditative experience.
My workshops include either walking life sized labyrinths or creating personalized finger labyrinths.
